The SPP-200 introduces a proprietary finishing technology, engineered to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and ultra-precise surface demands in optical manufacturing. At its core is a cutting-edge low-temperature plasma jet operating under atmospheric pressure. This non-contact technology allows chemical material removal without applying mechanical stress to the lens. The result is an unprecedented level of shape accuracy and process reliability across all optical geometries.
Deterministic, dwell time-controlled uniform material removal delivers highest levels of uniformity and precision with virtually no geometric limitations.
The contactless, purely chemical process removes material without applying any mechanical stress on the workpiece, for ultra-precise surfaces free from damage.
With low consumables cost and consumption the SPP-200 is designed for economic operation.
