Next generation manual lens polishing

An evolution in manual lens polishing, the compact dual-spindle Multi-FLEX-M produces up to 50 lenses per hour. It combines the best of its predecessor, the Toro-FLEX, with the same Evolution-U polishing process and dynamic kinematics as known from the automatic Multi-FLEX and proven in over 650 installations worldwide. Coupled with a VFT-macro digital generator it makes a perfect surfacing pair for labs with manual production or Metro-Labs.

Polishing Tool Universal Extended Range FLEX

Multi-FLEX-M comes with Evolution-U process pre-installed which covers the complete working range.

Multi-FLEX polishing machines include a free-of-charge license to use the Evolution-U process and other specialty polishing processes provided by Satisloh under the condition that customer is buying and using original polishing tools from Satisloh.

Alternatively, customer may purchase a royalty-bearing license (one-time fee per machine) to use these Satisloh polishing processes with third party tools, which are not infringing Satisloh’s IP rights.
