The Satisloh 1200-TLX is the next generation of high-capacity, energy-efficient AR coaters, tailored for medium and large labs producing up to 1,000 lenses daily. Its innovative sector dome design and magnetically levitated turbo pumps ensure high productivity, operational efficiency, and consistent coating quality.

The magnetically levitated pumps, free of mechanical bearings, eliminate friction and wear, leading to longer pump life, reduced maintenance, and minimized downtime. With faster pump-down times and quicker cycle turnovers, these pumps enhance productivity and keep your production line running smoothly.

MES-360 Lite Software for basic data analysis and preconfigured KPI report (PDF) comes with the machine. Labs can upgrade to the full version of MES-360, to trace machine performance, coating batching and track breakage.
