Turning knowledge into performance: our latest Academy Days combined in-depth theory with intensive hands-on training. Participants gained a clear understanding of machine components, processes, and software, and applied it immediately through real service tasks such as alignment, calibration, and maintenance.

Beyond the technical training, a tailored social program created memorable moments, from a castle visit to karting, designed to reflect cultural backgrounds and local highlights.
